Customers are able to exchange the products or return them
for credit, if any damages have been found within 24 hours after the delivery.
For exchanging and returning, customers should bring the damaged items
to our showroom with original receipts. Once we approve the damage caused
by transportation or manufacture defects, we will arrange another delivery
for replacement or give the credit to the customer on demand.
Please note that we are only able to process exchanges and returns for
the items purchased from FurnitureToronto.com. We cannot exchange or return
the items unless they are defective or damaged. Defective items that are reported
more than 24 hours after delivery are in unsellable condition, and will
incur a 20% restocking fee, plus delivery cost.
As most orders are customized, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for any order cancellation.
